Our family of four, plus a second couple, were very comfortable & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, neighborhood quiet, & the space bright & inviting!
Great house with plenty of space for a family. Good location next to plenty of food and grocery options, and close proximity to the roads to get you into the Cottonwood canyons for skiing/snowboarding.
We had a great stay at this property in Canyon Rim for a quick ski trip. Very comfortable for our group of five, including myself and 4 teenage boys. House was clean, beds were comfortable, had all the necessary amenities, great location and access to Alta/Snowbird and Brighton/Solitude, close to restaurants, very easy to navigate. Host was very responsive. We would stay again!
The property was exactly as advertised. Great location, convenient to SLC Airport and nearby resorts. Management was professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking in the area.
We had a quick family trip for medical appointments. House is in a quiet neighborhood but parking is a touch tricky if you have a large vehicle.House offered everything we needed from dishes to games. Everything was clean and well thought out.

Nice space
It was nice to have space and together to visit. The yard was nice for the kids. The beds were good. The set up was nice the kids had there own space. Things need to be refreshed.
The only thing that needed to be mentioned was how dirty the rug looked and the sofa bed had a urine stain and crumb's and a floss stick in it while one of my guests had to sleep on the couch downstairs. Other than that the host responded to every need and was in complete communication with me. Everything in the home looks like the pictures and it's a cute lovely home. With comfortable beds especially the masters bedroom bed it felt like laying on clouds. My guests liked staying there.
Wonderful home part of a duplex, however, we have both upstairs and downstairs so did not worry about footstep noise. Did not hear any noise from next door either. The door access code is activated exactly at 4 pm so no early check-in. Our code did not work so the property manager who lives on-site let us in. The place is clean and well-furnished. Has a 2-car garage but I couldn't make use of it due to the ski box on top of the car. Instead, I was able to park the car right in front of the door. We had no issues and the heating worked well. We'll definitely return next year if it's available.

Nice place - excellent location
We stayed for a two week ski trip. The location was excellent, in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to both Cottonwood Canyons. The unit was well stocked with what we needed for meal prep during our stay. The host was very responsive when we noted a missing kitchen utensil (veggie peeler). Overall it was a nice property and the heater vent under the upstairs bathroom sink felt mighty nice on the tootsies in the morning! On the not so good side, the cookware was a bit lacking. The two frying pans there were scary and should be immediately discarded due to teflon being heavily scratched/gouged (literally a health hazard). We weren't going to touch those things so I bought an inexpensive ceramic coated pan to use for the duration of our stay. It was donated to the property when we left. Also, there were no intermediate sized sauce pans with covers - only one tiny one good for boiling eggs but the next size up was a giant dutch oven or soup pot.We found it hard to keep the lower level of the unit warm. We discovered that cold air was pouring under the door to the garage and another closet door. Problem was solved with a couple of towels jammed under them to stop the draft. This could easily be permanently solved with a little weatherstripping under the two doors. So, a couple of minor issues but otherwise a nice, if modest, property.
The house was very clean and comfortable for our weekend visit. We were in town for an event, so didn’t need to use the kitchen, but the location and the space served us well.

Afordable family escape
Nice house. Quiet neighborhood, across the street from a elementary school.
The property more than met our expectations. It was a great place to stay with extended family to attend the 2025 U of U commencement and convocation. We were most appreciative of the comfort, space and location of the property as well as the proactive communications with the host. Would highly recommend for family/friends for multi-night stay.
The property was great for our 3 day stay in Salt Lake. There was plenty of room for my family of four. We had a hiccup that was addressed promptly and overall it was a wonderful stay. If we are ever in Salt Lake in the future we will stay here again.
Had a great time visiting our daughter in Salt Lake. The property was very nice, clean, spacious and in a great location for us. Communication was very easy with the owners. We would highly recommend and would stay there again.
Great base camp for skiing/boarding Cottonwood canyons
We had an amazing trip, skiing/boarding the Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon resorts. The townhouse was a perfect base camp for our adventures. Close to belt loop 215. Quiet neighborhood and a nice place. Fun was had by all.
Clean rooms, easy communication with property manager/owner. They’ve provided a pack and play for my baby- not all the rentals will do that- it was greatly appreciated. Overall a good stay.
Clean place but hard to drive in and out of property
Ok parking in the garage but if you have a truck impossible to drive in and out of property was there for my nieces wedding my parents who are in ther mid eighties left the property 1/12 hours after checkout because of there age and the owner charged me 137.00 late checkout fee will never stay there again
The house is a 2 floor, 3 bed, 2 bath home. Full kitchen with laundry included. I dont like how small the garage is, parking a truck would be impossible. There should be a rubber mat for the bathroom, its incredibly slippery. Also the alarm noise, the volumn of that should be lower. It woke my infant up twice that i recall. The coffee mugs are quite small volume wise so if you like a big cup of brew like me you will be getting multiple small ones. The beds are nice, living room is comfy, same for the playstation area. Washer and dryer in house are a . I couldnt figure out how to play the playstation but i mentioned it to my wife and she said I had to do something special, if so it would be nice to have those instructions printed off and on the wall down there.
We stayed at the duplex for several days while in town visiting friends. It had everything we needed (we didn’t cook, so I can’t comment on how well supplied the kitchen is). It looks like it was flipped recently, so there are some finishing touches that weren’t really complete (tile not lining up, light fixtures above the master bed that wobbled). The minor issue we had was quickly addressed by management. The photos are accurate, but it’s important to know that there’s only about a car width of space in front of the house before you’re at the side of another duplex. It feels tight getting into the duplex and the only way to turn around is to drive into the garage and back out. We only had one vehicle so that approach worked for us. The swamp cooler kept the duplex pretty cool on the 100 degree days we were there, and we had plenty of hot water.
We had a wonderful and restful weekend in this roomy home. The neighborhood was very quiet with views of the mountains. It was centrally located to recreation (hiking, biking, walking), as well as close to fun neighborhoods for good food, shopping and movies. Not too far from the university. We had 3 adults and had ample room and didn't even use the full downstairs. Beds and couch was especially comfy! Would be a great place for a family with little or big kids, couples, multi-generational groups, or other medium groups. It was really nice to have garage parking. Owner was very responsive.
