Great location with everything you need within a short drive. The accommodations were great with comfortable beds and everything you'd need in the kitchen.
Great four night stay at this centrally located home. Beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed to cook great meals. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
This property is the perfect location for a trip to SLC! Walkable to everything downtown, easy access to TRAX and surrounded by great places to eat/drink. Property is clean and modern and had all the amenities you’d need for a homey stay. Highly recommend.
Centrally located with easy access to downtown and University. Many restaurants nearby. Ton of space, stocked with all the necessities. Host was responsive and helpful!
We very much enjoyed our stay, particularly the use of the gourmet kitchen stocked with top of the line equipment. We loved the neighborhood especially the vast and beautiful Liberty Park located nearby. We also took advantage of the many wonderful coffee shops. Without a doubt, we plan to stay again in this unit to visit our daughter and son in law.
The condo was perfect for our 9 week adventure skiing in Utah. We loved the stocked kitchen (best ever, truly - including nespresso and a cast iron pot for making risotto!). The space was great, it was nice to have a garage. We were able to walk the dog to liberty park pretty much daily. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurants, coffee shops and grocery close by! I would stay again.
We stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert. Everything was perfect! Would highly recomment staying here, unless you have mobility issues, with stairs. It was good exercise for me! Neighborhood was quaint and friendly too

This is a new property that is well decorated and well maintained. Communication was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and other food options are within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and beautiful townhome! Highlights are comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, TVs in bedrooms, a two-car garage, and the many local restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again if back in Salt Lake City.
We stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very well stocked for a VRBO! It was great to not have to run out for toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc…. The property manager was very communicative! Thank you for a great stay!
This is a nice little townhome in a convenient location. To be clear, this is not the most beautiful part of SLC but it is convenient. State Street is a strip-mall monstronsity but just a block off that ugly road where this builiding is, the feeling changes. I hope projects like this one will continue to transform the area.The apartment is just as pictured - bright, clean and comfortable and the live plants add a lovely feeling. There are a 2 small cosmetic maintenance issues that if dealt with would take the listing up a notch.
We had a wonderful visit in SLC and enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable rental. There was plenty of space to hangout and spend time together as a family. We had fun cooking at the house and we all agreed that the beds were very comfortable. The townhouse was located in the middle of everything we wanted to do; close to downtown and 9th & 9th. The garage was a nice bonus--we have a 3500 Chevrolet Silverado (short bed, not lifted) and it did fit in the garage when parked just right. We would stay here again on a future visit!
