Location, location, location! Cozy, 3 bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment with private, key-less entrance. Parking available on site for free. Quiet neighborhood with close access to all major ski resorts like Park City, Solitude, Brighton, Alta, plus downtown Salt Lake, and airport via freeway. Freeway on ramp is literally 2 mins away! Close to many local shopping spots and restaurants. Sleeps 6-7 guests (twin bed available for 7th guest upon request) and includes all of the amenities you'll need for your stay. Within walking distance of the bus stop for ski resorts. Washer and dryer available upon request.

Nice quiet neighborhood yet very close to shopping, Target, Starbucks, Whole Foods to name a few. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and usual supplies. Parking on road or in front of garage was suitable. Quick responses from host when I had questions.

Excellent communication from the owner. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organized. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking, but appeared to be better stocked than most vrbo properties. Quiet street and quiet apartmen. Will definitely return if the its available during my next trip.

Apartment was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. We were not able to do laundry on a certain day because the tenants upstairs are using the facilities which you access through a door to a shared space. There was no way to adjust the temperature in the apartment and opening windows was not an option as you are in a basement. (I wish I knew ahead of time that it is a basement apartment. )The host was quick to respond to communication. The area was close to everything and getting on the highway was super easy.

Perfect for our needs

Great option and worked well for a ski trip for my brother and I. Nice and quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors who chatted with us as we walked back from the bus stop. We did not have a car but used rideshare service and UTA ski bus without issue. About a 10 minute, slightly uphill, walk to the bus stop and grocery store. Probably not an ideal choice if my wife/kids were along for this trip but worked perfectly for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again depending on the travelling party.

Great location with tons of extras

This was a perfect location for our family of four ski vacation. Close to many of Utah's ski resorts, grocery stores, and restaurants. The basement apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Comfortable bedding with three full beds, extra roll away bed, and a pack n play. All your basic kitchen supplies and cooking utensils with some items to get your stay started. Owers responded promptly to questions and clearly communicate information. This was our first Vrbo experience and certainly would stay here again when visiting Salt Lake City.

Very nice skiing trip apartment

Excellent communication with a host. The apartment was very spacious for our family of 4. The kitchen is stocked nicely with anything you need if you are cooking and not eating out. A lot of DVDs and a super nice selection of available apps on the TV for you to watch in the evening after a full day of skiing. Nice collection of board games, extra towels, blankets, toiletries, and everything you may need on a week or 2 week-long trip. Extra heaters, sheets... The apartment is very nicely lit so you do not really feel like it is a basement. It was a pleasure to stay in. It was close enough to Cottonwood Canyons and Whole Foods and a few other stores that you may need are around really close. You will still need a car but driving was not terrible. I will stay again if we ever go back in SLC on a skiing trip.
