About this property
Legacy House: Roomy and wheelchair accessible house near the mountains.
- You will have the entire private house to yourself, including a private yard and large kitchen.This single-level home is within 20 minutes of the airport, downtown dining and nightlife, skiing, hiking, biking, climbing, and more! The home is single level with easy access for wheelchairs. The kitchen has everything you need from large frig to Wolf gas stove. The dining table easily seats 8. The neighborhood is in a safe, quiet suburban area. The laundry room is large and bright. The 3 bedrooms are large. The back yard is private with wicker seating and propane bbq. There are two full bathrooms. We have a 3 night minimum stay, but are flexible for special needs. Just installed a tankless water heater…never run out of hot water! We have a manual wheelchair to borrow or a power chair to rent
