Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Mid-century inspired design, complete remodel throughout. 2 FULL bathrooms, large fully fenced and gated yard.
Outside is a too notch entertaining area! Reclaimed wood pergola outback with ample outdoor seating and fire pit, outdoor sofa, axe throw game.
For a reasonable fee we will allow you to host a responsible gathering (must communicate ahead and work out the details with us)

The space:
Walk to In-N-Out and several breweries!
Private, non-shared HOT TUB. All new appliances. Well furnished with multiple TVs and two living rooms.
Well stocked kitchen- blender, tea kettle and more.
Super cool vibes, fully fenced with rolling driveway gate.
Outdoor backyard area is perfect for your whole group to gather and hangout!
2 king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms. Bathroom on each level. Pets OK (see house rules). Nice high-end appliances, gorgeous remodel.
This home has a mid-century modern field, and each room has a unique Insta-worthy look to it!

Entire home and yard with indoor and outdoor areas, private/non shared.

This home is located in a more mix used commercial/residential zone. You can walk to all the breweries on West Temple that are half a block away. There is a freeway/Wall across the street from my property and you can hear the gentle buzz of the freeway /highway noise but it’s a solid brick home with new windows and it’s not over-the-top annoying or anything like that you should just be aware

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
