Quiet Private Home Near SLC DT For Multi-Family

The entire group will have convenient access to all amenities from this well-situated location. Ideally positioned, it's just a 10-minute drive from both the airport and Downtown SLC. Additionally, the nearest ski resort is only half an hour away, and you'll find various restaurants, a gym, a park, a biking trail, and grocery stores just minutes away.
The space
This newly renovated property have five bedrooms, three full bath, two kitchen, two dining space, two living room, two work space, two washers and dryers, and come with amenities such as washer dryer, bathroom and kitchen essentials. The yard have outdoor seatings and a grill for enjoyment. The home can be separated into two units if needed for privacy, great for large groups. There are warm string lights in back yard which will automatically turn on and off, creating an inviting ambience in the evening. Kitchen is filled with essentials if you choose to dine in instead of going out.
Guest access
Guest will be able to access the whole home with the exception to the garage and a closet (containing supplies for cleaners). There are two entrances, one is the front door and the other is the walk out basement.
Other things to note
There are security cameras on site that’s turned on 24/7 (door bells and driveway)

Playpen/Crib for baby is available upon request. Extra air mattress will be provided if number of guests is 13 or more and upon request.

The kitchen is stocked but if you need something or have suggestions, please let me know and I can try my best to provide it during your stay (if it’s within reasons) to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The yard contain a variety of fruits (Plums, Apples, Pears). These trees are not sprayed with any chemical, so feel free to pick them during your stay if you would like!
