Beautiful newer (2016) 2000 plus sq ft apartment with 2 car attached garage parking with 8' garage door, plus plenty of parking to the side for your boat, ATV or trailer. Fenced Dog Run conveniently attached to the garage, no need to put dogs on leash to get into the dog run. Master Bed includes new top of line King bed, with master bath, and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom includes new top of line queen bed and is across the hall from the 2nd full bathroom, with tub shower combo. Third bed, is a premium memory foam twin rollaway. Large laundry room with full size washer & dryer. Spacious Kitchen with gas stove, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher and other small appliances. Very large Island with granite counter top. Dining table seats 6. Huge living room with seating for 7 people. Large covered deck to enjoy mountain views.

Only 2 minutes from I15, about 12 minutes from Downtown Salt Lake City. Half a block from connector to Legacy Trail with 26 miles of paved biking and walking trails. Quiet off street location on a 2 acre property, provides a country feel yet Costco and numerous restaurants are a short 3 minute drive away.

High quality laminate flooring throughout the main part of the home is scratch resistant to pets. Home was completed in summer 2015 and furnished in 2016. This home was built with unique energy efficient construction, making the home quiet and draft free. Owner's daughter lives next door and can provide assistance to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

Hugely perfect

Large modern space, well equipped with everything you could need. Integral garage and quiet, pleasant neighborhood. We would return for sure when in salt lake again!

Absolutely loved!

Stayed for 2 weeks while in the process of moving. Space to park our large enclosed trailer was a lifesaver. Loved parking in the garage. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Would stay there again and highly recommend. Also easy on/off freewat access.

Perfect for All We Needed!

We had a wonderful time coming into town for a weekend wedding. The place was easy to find, quiet and private and had everything we needed! The balcony was our favorite and we were blessed to witness an amazing thunderstorm with that amazing view! The hosts were responsive and kind. Will definitely be back if ever in that area! Spacious beautiful home

Would highly recommend this home for a trip to SLC. Great location from the airport, close to everything you need, and easy to get on the highway to get wherever you want to go. Spacious rooms, garage parking for your car, and great for your family! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Spacious, Clean, and Comfortable Property

We spent a week in Bountiful for a figure skating competition. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless. We prefer to eat in rather than go out, and the kitchen was the perfect size for our family. There was a small desk that worked well for my son who was taking an online college class. The garage was big enough to fit our car with the roof box. There is a shopping center nearby with a Costco and various chain restaurants. We had a great time, and should we return to Salt Lake City we will certainly check if this apartment is available.

Close to everything

Just spent a couple nights. The bed was very comfortable, the home huge! Had a small issue and the owner responded immediately and was taken care of shortly thereafter. I ours stay here again. The only negative, and it’s bc I’m 63 is the stairs to get up to the home. Quite long and steep to carry up a heavy piece of luggage. Robert the owner and Tyler his son in law were very easy to communicate with.

Adorable Condo

The condo was very pretty and easy to get to. The garage parking was a nice added feature as well. The place was very clean and well maintained. Our suggestions to make it amazing would be to improve the bedding, each bed only had sheets and a thin bedspread and there were no additional blankets anywhere even when it said they were in a closet- we searched and couldn't find anything, and also there were very few towels. There is a rooster next door as well and he is punctual to sunrise so I recommend to other guests that you bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. But in many ways that little rooster added to the experience because there are lots of horses and pastures around which was lovely. The kitchen has plenty of storage, the fridge is very large for all your food and the open living space made it nice for us to play games and chat. Very beautiful place and would recommend.

Great Stay

This is a great place for our family short stays in the Salt Lake City before we head for Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. The detail is accurately listed in the website. The home is spacious, the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed and stocked with what we need during our stay. Easy check in and out. The apartment is above the garage. so you do have to climb a long series of steps (27 steps) to get into the apartment. It may be not suitable for some. As it mentioned by the pervious guests, this home does has a rooster and a goat live next door that give you a morning call. It does not bother us because we brought ear plugs with us based on previous guest’s statements. However, we couldn’t park our car in the garage on our second night there because someone already parked their pickup truck there. So we have to parked our car outside which made our departure a little challenging to load our gears into the car.

Spacious, beautiful home

We stayed an entire month for a working vacation over Christmas. The location was great. West Bountiful feels quiet and rural but is very close to city amenities. We did all kinds of Christmas events, plays, concerts, and festivals. The apartment is upstairs; most of it is above two garages. You can sometimes hear noise in the house below, but it wasn’t bad. Hopefully we weren’t too loud for them either! Always hard to know…The home is beautiful and functional. It was spacious and had most of the amenities we needed for a long term stay. Guests have access to a two-car garage with remote. The staircase was long and a little steep. It might be challenging for some people, but it was fine for us. The “smart” TV and DVD player were dated and wouldn’t connect to the WiFi so we bought a Roku stick and left it for future guests. That was a game-changer for our entertainment. We had hoped the owners would decorate just a little for Christmas since we were coming from out of state and couldn’t bring our own. Unfortunately, we had to purchase a little tree and ornaments, etc ourselves. The on-site managers were great to work with. They were both helpful and unobtrusive. For example, we had some packages delivered to the main house address while we were there and the managers always left them for us in the garage. At one point, we had a power outage and they texted to let us know that the generator had kicked on. They texted again when the power was restored. The dishwasher

So enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly. Inside laundry room was a plus and beds were comfy. Kitchen was nice, with plenty of room to cook and prepare meals. Would have been nice if all the dishes would have been put away and not left on the counter for the next renter. Big plus you have your own personal garage to park in. Plenty of hot water, great little balcony, overall was everything we needed. Thanks so much!

Expansive Property

Property was clean and well supplied. The only negatives are the long stairs to the second floor (which lead to the rented area), and the landscaping, which was somewhat neglected.
