New remodel family friendly and just minutes from downtown and ski resorts

  • Brand new remodel, perfect for family or friends. Centrally located just minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City, Sugar House Park, 15 minutes from the airport, and less than 25 minutes away from Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons & the greatest snow on earth! Hiking, mountain biking, historic Temple Square, and City Creek shopping center and much more all within 15 to 30 minute drives. Plenty of free parking too. This is the lower level of a newly remodeled duplex. Everything is brand new. There is also a work station with desk, keyboard, monitor and mouse.
