The Sapphire Suite - Downtown Historic Aves Apt

Located walking distance from the heart of downtown, our historic Avenues home is thoughtfully furnished with the modern traveller in mind. Includes a dedicated workspace, fast WiFi, stocked kitchen and a stocked kitchen. Being downtown, you have your choice of the best eateries in the state, and you`re only 1 block to a grocery store, local coffee shop & liquor store, & still only 40 mins from Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, 40 mins from Park City, and an easy 10 mins from the airport.

Our historic avenue`s home includes five unique rental units. This unit is located on the first floor just to your right after walking in the front door.
No pets.

No parties or events.

No extra guests.

No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.
