Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place with a new addition - an outdoor hot tub! Our gorgeous home in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City is perfect for the city dweller who loves being close to it all. Meticulously designed and renovated, featuring custom high-end finishes, luxury flooring, and beautiful landscaping. Walk to favorite coffee shops and restaurants, minutes from downtown attractions. After exploring downtown, unwind in our luxurious hot tub near the deck.



The space is a residential home on a corner lot. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and free parking.

Guests have their own private entrance and will be given a code upon arrival.



I respect the privacy of guests. However, I like to meet and get to know people whenever possible. If you need anything, I am usually nearby and can be reached through the app.



The neighborhood is zoned commercial and residential. Many shops, restaurants, and bars are nearby. Be aware that there is a lot of foot traffic in the area, so be careful not to leave visible belongings, especially if parking in the street.
