  • Relax with the whole family at this lovely place to stay.
    2 bedrooms with a queen bed, and 2 twin beds, full laundry facilities, bathroom, spacious family room with a 65” LG smart tv with local and extra channels, including Netflix and Disney plus, and board / card games and free Fiber High-Speed WiFi is included.
    Note. Other tenants live in the building. Long term stays of 30+ days preferred.

    Enjoy this private lower apartment located in the trendy area of Salt Lake City. This location offers fun and lively nightlife, vibrant shopping scene, greatest eateries. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, covered carport parking, washer/dryer, and quality beds!

    You will have nearly full access to the whole unit except the hall closet and the large in-wall cupboard by the kitchen table.
    Other things to note
    We do ask you clean up after yourself, i.e. dishes cleaned. You can pile your used linens at the washer.
