This was the best VRBO I've stayed in during my trip to the West. Super easy check-in and check-out, and absolutely loved the decorations, coziness, and aesthetic. I would absolutely stay here again!
We came to watch college lacrosse and wanted to be able to cook some meals and it was less expensive than a hotel!
What a perfect place for two to cook, unwind, sleep and walk to many places!
The studio was clean, cute, stylish, and very comfortable. Its location near the University was super convenient, and the keyless entry was a great added bonus. The stairs were a bit steep, and we could hear the upstairs neighbors’ footsteps, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
My girlfriend and I stayed for only one night but it was a great location and just the perfect size for us. The bathroom is a little small but as long as just one of you are in there it works. Property owner answered any questions very fast and has suggestions for you if you never have been there before.
Very clean well appointed studio apartment. Comfortable bed. Good heating system.
Access stairs are a bit steep and shallow and there is a handrail.
Could here upstairs neighbors walking around.
We would stay here again.
My husband and I loved our stay! We were incredibly close to downtown and Melanie was so kind and helpful! The space was clean, fresh and had everything we needed! I loved having a washer/dryer and we used the kitchen several times to cook some lunches and dinners! The complex was safe and well lit. We loved that we could walk to downtown if we really wanted or walk a little and hop on the TRAX or catch an Uber for cheap!
Great location, and very clean and really comfortable bed!! It could use a few little fixings.. we couldn’t figure out the tv and the shower had no closure so it got water all over the bathroom. But for a 1 night stay it was just fine. Overall we would definitely come back!
My husband and I stayed in Melanie’s studio for five nights while visiting our daughter who attends UofU. Studio was clean, brand new appliances, lovely. Well appointed - everything we could ask for. Easy walk to campus, close to Rice-Eccles stadium. Melanie was great to work with. We will be back!
This little studio apartment was perfect for our stay is Salt Lake. It was cozy, clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Light rail/trolly runs right past the place which was convenient if needed. Upstairs tenant was a night owl and you can hear them walking around but it wasn’t anything that really bothered us. This place was rather quiet for its location right off a main thoroughfare. Communication was great and check in/out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay again if needed.
We were in town for one night for a concert. Melanie’s apartment was in a great location - we easily got to downtown Salt Lake and back. When we got back around midnight parking was easy to find. We had a car, but it looked like a bus stop was right outside the entrance so I’d assume even without a car it would be easy to get around. Thanks so much!
A perfect little apartment for two people. It has everything you could ask for in a stay - a nicely stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer and a comfortable bed. We loved being so close to the U of U for graduation. A very nice area of SL with historic homes. It is a basement apartment, so upstairs floor noises of squeaking are audible. If you are someone who is a light sleeper, it is nice to be aware.
The apartment was clean. I would stay here again if it were not for the upstairs neighbors. They would walk around their apartment at all hours of the night. At times it sounded like they were moving furniture.
We stayed here for a sporting event at Utah. The location was perfect in that we jumped on the light rail & were on campus in 5 minutes. It was also great in that we were able to walk to several bars & restaurants & leave the car in the parking lot. Felt completely safe 24/7 too.
As others have commented, this is on the ground floor so there are people above walking around. We didn't have a problem with this as we use a white noise app on our phones while traveling to block noise.
The price, location & amenities were what made our stay. We had been traveling for 10 days prior, so the washer & dryer were a bonus & beats a laundromat any day.
Apartment 6 is a nice, cozy place to relax and rejuvenate. The open floor plan is spacious and efficient. The full kitchen has the basic tools needed to save a bit by eating in. A washer and dryer are handy, too. The bathroom is small but adequate. Wi-Fi and large flat screen TV allow all the connectivity to do work or entertainment. The bed is comfortable, and the 2 minisplit HVAC units work great.
On the downside, the steps to this apartment are kind of narrow, and you need to pay careful attention. Also, the upstairs apartment has creeky floors, and you hear it.. especially at night (when trying to sleep)
Overall, it is a recommended place to stay.
This cute little place was perfect for our one night stay in Salt Lake City. It was super clean, cozy and a great location. We will definitely be staying here again.
