Loved the outdoor sitting area, BBQ, basketball court, corn-hole and grassy area. Kitchen was fully stocked. Short drive to the Hogle Zoo and Aquarium. House was clean and comfortable.

Booked this house for a ski trip with friends, as it was close enough to the resorts at a great cost! House has lots of amenities. We played basketball the first night and the hot tub came in great use after long ski days!Sheri was an excellent host, very communicative and available when needed. Overall very happy with our stay here!

Salt Lake City Gem

The owners have done a fantastic job renovating an older home. The yard—front and back—is immaculate. The backyard is the real draw for this property—grill, hot tub, seating, combo basketball/pickle ball court, lawn, and garden. I would highly recommend it to families with children. Great place to relax outdoors while the kids play.

Great family place

Our family met up here for a long wrekend. It was really great for the younger kids because there were so many things to do (basketball, pickleball, hot tub). The fire pit out back was very nice as well. The proximity to downtown was a definite plus. There was road noise when outside, but it didnt bother us, and you couldnt hear it when inside the house. I highly recommend this stay.

Nice house, great backyard!

Nice house conveniently located to all things SLC. The house was well stocked and prepped for us. While at the house we spent much of our time on the pickleball court. A great and unique amenity to have. The backyard was great, if it had a plunge pool it might be the perfect backyard. View of the mountains is awesome to have. Thank you for the great stay!

We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one was over and above and special. The neighborhood was quiet and the sports courts were so much fun. The landscaping was amazing with the beautiful hydrangeas and everywhere. The house was fully stocked across the board. We would recommend the house to anyone. Great Location/House/Backyard

Perfect spot for my family. Property was very clean and well stocked. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. The location was perfect - close to the city, restaurants, shopping, Delta Center, and skiing. The backyard was very private and perfect for hanging out and grilling or soaking in the hot tub. We had a heavy snow overnight while we were there and a crew showed up in the morning to very quickly clear the sidewalks, back table, patio, grill, hot tub, etc., which was a nice surprise. The host was very responsive and helpful/accommodating. We would stay here again if we ever venture back to SLC/Utah.

Graduation

Myself and my 3 brothers were here for a niece and a nephew graduation. The property is amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the backyard. We hung out back there two days in a roll, played some beanbag toss. We didn’t get to use the hot tub. The house is very cleaned and accommodating to the 4 of us. Great Stay in Salt Lake City!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was conveniently located... an easy 10-15 mins from all of our destinations, if not closer. We were in town visiting the University of Utah for my college bound son. The house was clean, well stocked (we loved the welcome basket with snacks and water and the coffee/tea/creamer at the ready). The beds were comfortable. I usually don't sleep well while away from home but I slept very well at this house. The key to the house is the backyard. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pickle ball court and hot tub. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Stay!!

What a great time had during our visit to SLC! We searched for a home with a close proximity to Big and litlle Cottonwood canyons and came across this home. I was very impressed reading the reviews but was sold after my first discussion with Sheri! She was so quick to respond and she was genuinely invested in making sure we were comfortable in every way before and during our stay. The House is stocked with so much items from kitchenware to spices. A thoughtful welcome basket with water and snacks that lasted our whole stay awaited us upon checkin! The Jacuzzi was perfect for after a day on the slopes! Can't wait to come back and stay again in the future! Thank you Sheri!!

Spring Break

Our family (husband, wife, 1 teen, 1 tween) stayed at this home for a week while in Salt Lake for medical appointments. The property is in a great location. We hit Nordic Valley and Crystal Hot Spring on our way into and out of Salt Lake City. We spent time downtown, in Murray and West Jordan as well as at medical appointments on the north east of SLC. We never felt like we were in the car a long time, and rush hour was easily avoided. The home itself was great. Clean and well described. Each of our kids had their own room, the kitchen living area was well supplied for making meals at home. The back yard was great for kids and the hot tub was perfect for us. As a side note, there is an awesome donut shop a few blocks away that we hit up 3 times. The Smiths is a quick drive. Feels like a good safe neighborhood. We had a little trouble with the door code when we arrived, but communication was top notch and the problem was fixed in what felt like less than a minute. Lovely trip.
