Coziest place in Sandy!

This place is the best. Perfect spot for a ski trip. It has all the essentials including a fridge, microwave, bathroom, beds, tv. It's cozy in there and has a wonderful feel. The host are amazing and the shower pressure I'm the bathroom is the best I've ever felt.

Scott’s basement unit was very clean and had a nice layout. I was only really there to sleep and shower, but it would have been a comfortable place to hang out.

Great spot

I stayed while visiting my children. It was the perfect middle point between them. Quiet neighborhood that’s close to shopping, food and the freeway. It was a great place to stay.

Nice Basement Apartment

Our stay here was very comfortable and the host responded quickly to questions we had. The home is near stores and restaurants and walking distance to the TRAX station for an easy trip down town. We will stay here again.

Nice spot in Sandy

Good little basement apartment close to the freeway in Sandy. Place was clean and suited ours needs. The floors above are a little noisy but overall a nice place and would recommend.

This will be our 2nd stay at this Vrbo and we love it. It is an amazing price, is always super clean, spacious, and the host is very nice and prompt with messages. Will come again in winter of 24' - 25'.

Good location

PROs: good communication while staying at the property, location is very central, clean inside and quiet neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable. Has the basics. CONs: no kitchen sink, no toiletries in shower, one ply toilet paper, and shower temperature is very close between warm and hot, not much play in between. All these cons are very minor and would not prevent me from staying there again.

Pros: Much better space, location and price than hotels. It was like being at home. Cons: Lack of responses = Vrbo errors on all links to the booking, their customer service was humane, and the check-in instructions were sent 24 hours in advance.

Love the basement, but the trees needs a little trimming. Our car door kept on jamming on the branches. Other then the trees need trimming, it was a good place to stay.

Cute apartment

Easy check in/out. Clean and comfortable bed. Fantastic high pressure shower. No hairdryer or shampoo/soap in shower, fyi. And you can hear everything in the apartment above you but it wasn’t a problem for us. Plenty of space to relax and loved the drinks in the fridge. I would recommend and stay here again.

love this place

Great communication with host. Went above and beyond even when I was worried about stuff. Very quiet, cool, and clean. I don't get the opportunity to stay in such lovely accomodations because of money. I usually have to share space and bathrooms, which is fine. It was a lovely change to get the opportunity to stay in such an amazing place. Would love to come again.

Cozy and comfy in the valley

Spent the weekend here for a family wedding in Alta. Easy access in/out at our leisure to a comfortable basement apartment. Very comfy, no need to cook since we had a series of hosted meals and didn't miss the kitchen amenities. But a fridge and micro were available, if needed. Only improvement would be to add exterior path lighting from the driveway to the back patio.
