  • Spacious, updated home for rent! 3 bed/2 bath. The master ensuite has it's own private bathroom and walk-in closet with a spacious king bed. Enjoy a full kitchen (with basic cooking supplies and spices), coffee bar, dining room, laundry and numerous work spaces if you are in need of a mobile office.
    The space
    Additional space includes a front patio (with a lovely view of the Wasatch Front Mountains), a fully fenced front yard, back yard and a second covered patio.
    Guest access
    Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with gorgeous mountain views! This home is minutes from Fashion Place Mall, multiple hospitals (IHC, TOSH, St. Mark's) and countless restaurants. There is also quick freeway access to both downtown Salt Lake City and the canyons featuring Utah's greatest ski resorts! There is a large driveway with plenty of safe, off street parking. For those traveling without a car, a TRAX stop is relatively close as well.

4 gymnastics coaches + gymnast and one family. Worked great for us. Basement unit was creative, but gave us two separate units which was great. Easy communication. Convenient location

Great accommodations, location, and unbeatable value.

We stayed as a family of five for 3 nights. The owners were more than perfect with communication and super friendly. The house is an older home in a quiet neighborhood that has been beautifully restored. Clean, stylish, with all of the necessary appliances, furnishings, etc. The home is divided into two separate full living areas with two kitchens, etc. that would be perfect for two small families. The location is great and very close to many restaurants. We skied Brighton and the resort is about 30 minutes from the front door to parking lot. All in all, Marci and Azu were perfect hosts with a beautiful home. Highly recommend.

A Wonderful Stay

We stayed here while skiing over the New Year. Home was clean, modern, and well furnished with some nice touches like bedside lamps with USB ports to plug in your cell phone. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have two living spaces. The hosts were very quick to reply to any questions we had and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Conveniently close to Little/Big Cottonwood Canyons as well as well as grocery stores and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Tasteful, family home away from home with fantastic view.

This is a unique property that was clean and tastefully decorated. It was perfect for our large family with 3 households. The listing stated children welcome,but when we looked at details it said no children 13-17. We messaged Marci and Azu and they answered quickly letting us know it was fine but it is not set up for children. We agree! However, it worked great for us because we were only in town for a couple nights and basically slept and had a quick breakfast prior to attending our fathers memorial. I rated the cleanliness a 4 ONLY because when we arrived there were rugs and towels in the dryer, as well as a 1/2 drank kombucha in the fridge. Plus the downstairs is not quite finished .There was not a TV in the upstairs area, but seriously it didn't fit in with the cute design. We didn't miss it a bit. The beds were nice with high quality clean linens! The place was very clean, accept for the above mentioned , and it felt like home.
