Major pros are check out at 11. Most rentals are check out at 10 and having that extra hour was great. Also there was no check out list. Again most places have you pretty much cleaning the whole house even though you pay a cleaning fee. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Only con was like 90% of other rentals I’ve stayed at is it can use a good deep clean. There were cob webs on a lot of the ceilings. Also a lot of exposed holes in the house. Most outlets didn’t have covers. But overall a great stay would stay again.
