Also perfect freeway access and a quick drive to Park City, Deer Valley, and Canyons Ski Resorts. The home is also just a 3 minute drive to groceries, restaurants & shopping - including Target & Trader Joe's. Even closer (5 minute walk) to a fun park with a playground and perfect sledding hill. Top spot for skiing, snowboarding, sightseeing, festivals, concerts, conventions, or general conferences or confentions, film and music industry.
