Beautiful basement apartment located between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons with all you need to enjoy a HOME away from home. 20 min to Snowbird/Alta, 25 min to Solitude and Brighton. Sundance Hot Tub with lounger. Complementary continental breakfast and homemade baked goods. Sorry but NO PETS allowed, NOT EVEN SERVICE ANIMALS, owner has allergies. On site parking. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. New HotTub, HomeTheater 120” with DolbyAtmos surround system.

Absolutely a perfect rental especially if you are in Salt Lake for the skiing. Monica does a perfect job at making it easy to come and stay and her place is super comfortable. I used to live in Salt Lake and come out almost yearly to snowboard and hang out with my best friend and this place will most likely be my yearly rental from now on.

Monica was an amazing host, even dropping off fresh-baked muffins and cookies for my stay. She also stocked the kitchen with breakfast, snacks, teas/coffee and fruit. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and the projector/movie room was an amazing bonus. The location was perfect with easy access to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. I would definitely stay again!

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in—the apartment is absolutely amazing! Our host, Monica, made the trip especially wonderful by going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her personal touches transformed what would have been a good stay into an truly amazing experience. We loved every minute and will definitely be returning!
