Bright & Comfy • 2 King Beds • Near Sugar House

  • This well-situated main level unit offers easy access to everything you need. Just a short 10-minute drive to downtown, 4 minutes to Sugar House, and 35 minutes to the ski slopes. You’ll have the best of the city and the mountains right at your doorstep. Plus, you’re only a 3-minute walk from the S-Line streetcar stop, making commuting or exploring the area a breeze.

    Private entrance through front or back door. In basement of the home there is a laundry room which is shared with the basement unit. During the summer there is a sectional and patio table in the backyard. There is also grill you are welcome to use all year long. Backyard and grill are shared.

    The unit is the main level of the home which boast two king bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a fully stocked kitchen and table for four. In the living room there is dedicated workspace with adjustable height desk, large sectional to relax in, and 65 inch smart TV.

Fantastic stay

We had a great weekend in SLC and really enjoyed this property! The communication was excellent and the little touches, including a snack basket and welcome card, made a difference! We also really liked the outdoor space for a break to read in the afternoon.

great place to stay

The property was nice it look like it was remodeled lately. It had all of the dishes and pots and pans that were needed for our stay. The living room furniture was nice with the big TV. It had a computer table which was nice because we had to do work while we were there.

We were able to incorporate a college visit and explore what Salt Lake City had to offer. The property was very clean and in a good location to start that exploration. We came away impressed.

This was one of the most pleasant stays I have enjoyed anywhere. Convenient to stores, restaurants...my family! Super comfy beds, every cabinet & lightswitch labeled. Great communication with my host Tyler. Would love to return!
