You'll feel relaxed in this very large (1800 ft.²), beautiful, very well lit with natural light, private entrance basement apartment that is only about 1 mile from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon (Snowbird and Alta resorts) and 3.3 miles from Big Cotton Wood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton). Take in breathtaking views on countless hiking and biking trails.

This 3 bedroom apartment has a private entrance. It has a large fully equipped kitchen, outdoor bbq, dining room, living room with 2 large screen TVs, a laundry room, very fast internet and a fireplace for you to enjoy.
Relax on the hammock and chairs as you take in the mountain views, blue skies and fresh air.

Natural light floods much of this private basement apartment. One of the bedrooms even has sliding glass doors leading out to the pool.
The apartment is just over 1800 sq. ft.

Relax in the private, year long heated pool, fire pit and bbq. Or go check out the great restaurants in the neighborhood.

You'll have full access of your own private washer dryer units as well.
All three bedrooms are large. The smallest room has a full size bed and also a three bed bunk bed. Not (2) two bed bunk beds. Vrbo does not have a choice for that when describing rooms.
Space is not an issue in this Vrbo.

Coffee pods are provided for the Keurig coffee maker as well as a french press and italian moka coffee maker so you can get your energy up for the local activities.

Just to let you know there is a camera that monitors the pool area ONLY, just for security. There are NO interior cameras.
Let me know if you have any questions about the pool or fire pit. They are there for your private use year round.

Great place to go on a ski trip!

My friends and I stayed here on a ski trip and it was a wonderful stay! Just a short drive from snowbird and many other first class mountain resorts.

Perfect place for girls trip

This was a beautiful and safe neighborhood for our girls getaway weekend. Stan was excellent in communication. The apartment was clean and the heated pool was a perfect addition.

Amazing!!!

We absolutely loved this place. We loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood yet it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. Heated pool was so much fun. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Excellent host with a great property

Property was beautiful and in a very quiet neighborhood. Host was extremely easy to work with and he was very quick to respond to all questions I had regardless of the time! Loved the private pool feature! The only thing that would have made the property better would have been a 2nd bathroom, otherwise it was a fantastic choice for our family to stay!

Family ski trip

If you're skiing Snowboard or Alta you couldn't get a better location than this VRBO! My three kids, one son-in-law, and two-year-old grandson and I enjoyed staying here. The beds we're comfortable, huge TV, large kitchen with most of what you'd need to prepare anything. Stan is very easy to work with and very commutative to anything else you might need. The heated pool was a plus, especially for the 2-year-old! Another plus is that you can also bring dogs, which we did bring 2. Thanks for a great stay, Stan! comfortable

We loved this property for a family get together. We really enjoyed the living room space with the fireplace and huge TV, very comfy for hanging out. Brief Utah cross country road trip stay

It was perfect and we will be returning guests in the future since our RN daughter is calling Sandy home ! Stan is a great dog friendly host and was available and responsive to any questions or needs we may have had. He even had available dog supplies if needed even though we traveled with our own crate/feeding bowls. We found our home away from home to be very clean, quiet and comfortable . Most importantly the neighborhood was very safe and we met several pleasant folks on our dog walks to the neighborhood park. Thanks again for the hospitality Stan !!

Decent apartment in Sandy

The location of the accommodation is a good starting point for many activities in the area of Salt Lake City. The accommodation was spacious but very dark as it is located in the basement. Only the master bedroom had daylight as there is access to the pool. The pool is aged and could have used some repair and cleaning, as could the area around the pool. Beside of leaves and dirt, cigarettes butts were laying next to the sunbeds. The owner lives on the 1st.floor and the house and you can hear every movement, most likely also vice versa why we felt uneasy. The apartment itself was very clean.
