  • This condominium is conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport, train station, and bus station, and 8 minutes from downtown SLC, where most conventions are held, and the nightlife is vibrant. You can also find many trails, restaurants, a Mormon Temple, and more near downtown.
    Guests must park outside of the condominium complex. [Starcrest Drive]

    I want to ensure you have a wonderful stay, so I would like to make you aware of a situation regarding the unit above. A child with special needs recently moved in, and there can occasionally be significant noise. While I have made every effort to ensure your apartment is clean and comfortable, the noise from upstairs is unfortunately beyond my control.

    The HOA is currently looking into the matter; however, options are limited given the circumstances. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and hope you have a great experience.
