Es ist sehr positiv dass es einen Parkplatz in der Garage gibt. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig und es war nicht von Anfang an klar, wo der Schlüssel abgeholt werden kann, wenn man nach 15 Uhr in der Lenzerheide ankommt. Die Option mit dem Briefkasten müsste von Anfang an angeboten werden."

"Great location, facilities and property, couple of downside I observed, for some reason it was too loud, could hear people walking upstairs and noises from the outside. I do have sensitive ears plus had the windows open due a hotter weather. The hotel provided ear plugs, worked a wonder. The wifi in the room just didn’t work, very poor signal. Sauna and whirlpool is amazing. Overall an excellent property. Do make use of the hotel shuttle to and from the station. The walk to the hotel is a great uphill which is fun without luggage but with the luggage it can be challenging, though I and the family with two kids did it."
