Charming semi-detached house, perfect for your family holidays in Salou, just 2 minutes walk from Cala Crancs beach and 10 minutes from the restaurants and shops of La Pineda, a lively little town on the Costa Dorada.
The beautiful Cala Crancs, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Salou, is surrounded by cliffs and nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, bathrooms, hammock rental, lifeguard and a good beach bar where you can taste delicious food. Try the mojitos at the beach bar, they are one of the best in Salou. And be sure to return the glass to the bar for recycling. :-))
The house is part of the UHC CASAS BLANCAS FAMILY COMPLEX residential complex of 24 semi-detached houses arranged in various blocks, all enjoying a fantastic community area of more than 3,000 m2 of gardens with lawn and swimming pool. The property stands out for its excellent location, in a beautiful and quiet place in Cabo de Salou, in the heart of the Costa Dorada. From the communal area there is direct access to the beach through a small path, but if you go with very young children we recommend accessing the street, where the slope is gentler.
The house with capacity for 8 people, consists of 2 floors connected by an internal staircase:
The ground floor has:
- Terrace with stunning sea views of about 20 m2.
- Pleasant living room with access to the large terrace and small garden with sea views.
- Independent kitchen with window to the community area.
On the first floor you can find:
- Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and access to a terrace with pleasant views of the sea.
- Bedroom with 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes and sea views.
- Bedroom with 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes. Views to the community area.
- 2 Full bathrooms with bathtub / shower.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Reservations for groups are not accepted.
- Seasonal outdoor pool.
- Prime Beachfront location: perfect for a family getaway.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the offices of Universal Holiday Centre located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online check-in is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the occupants’ details as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information.

Maison dans un cadre agréable, avec vue mer très agréable mais dans un état de propreté et d'entretien inacceptable.
Fortes odeurs d'égouts, bouilloire électrique et grille-pain hors service, brosses WC dans un état de saleté repoussant, etc.

Faudrait penser à mettre une vaisselle correcte pas des assiettes (aucune ne ressemble à l’autre) des bols ébréchés récoltés chez les grands mères après leur décés - rajouter au moins une belle poêle - des cuillères à café - des bols - un service couteaux fourchettes cuillères ça ne ruine pas - des verres à eau corrects

Un grill pain vieux comme le monde qui ne vous donne pas envie de mettre votre tartine
Rajouter des prises électriques dans la cuisine et dans la salle à manger
Nous avons attendu plus d’une semaine pour que l’auvent terrasse soit réparé ainsi que le climatiseur de la salle à manger
j’avoue que la communication avec l’agence de location a été bonne

J'espère être le plus honnête.
La terrasse au dessus de la mer en deuxième rideau est magnifique et nous avons grandement profité de la crique. Tous les équipements sont fonctionnels même si la vaisselle est light en diversité. La maison et surtout la résidence avec la piscine sont très agréables. En conclusion, un vrai plaisir. L'agence est très efficiente de l'arrivée au départ.
La vue sur la mer. Le nombre de pièces et surtout la climatisation en cet été très chaud. La piscine de la résidence et son gazon sont une surprise très agréable.
