Really good

Was a really nice trip not far from a smaller beach in a cove and then a few minutes further a bigger beach in the central of Salou. Staff were lovely and really helpful too!

We travel quite a lot around the world. We found the the Best San Diego hotel to be one of the best All Inclusive hotels at a very reasonable price. The food was 5 star and the accommodation was excellent in every way. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel in a great location

Great hotel, very clean and a decent location for exploring the key areas of Salou. My partner is vegetarian and found the food to be very repetitive for her each day. It also wasn't well labeled to say if vegetarian or not but didn't seem to be worth the risk as even traditional vegetarian meals seemed to have meat mixed in. Staff were OK. Answered questions if asked etc but I wouldn't say they were over polite or very forthcoming to help. Overall a very nice hotel and would recommend it to others.

On a whole the hotel was decent. The rooms & bathrooms were nice. I was not impressed by the standard of the cleaners. There was dust in the rooms that had been there for days & they used dirty mops. I had numerous amounts of others people's hair left in my shower tray and bathroom floor. In addition, they never made up the beds. Also, the food was not the greatest. Food was under cooked on certain dishes & some food items were not fresh. The glasses, cutlery & plate cleaning could do with improving as there were a few occasions were food was still left on them after being cleaned.

I wouldn’t recommend

Family of 4, room was tiny know where to put suitcases to open up. No room to pass end the beds. Bathroom only provided with two large towels. We didn’t go to breakfast as just wanted to get out of the hotel.

The service was very good. Staff worked hard to make sure you were getting everything you need. The kitchen workers and David at bar service worked very hard and was very friendly. Everyone worked hard at the hotel. The food was good but the meat they served was always tough hard to eat. The rooms need new furniture. I would go back and stay again.

Lovely hotel & ideal location. Very close to multiple beaches and lots of places to walk to. Staff friendly, food good (I’m a fussy eater and found something every meal time), maids cleaned daily, entertainment okay the Monday and Tuesday but the quiz & live band were very good Wednesday and Thursday! One thing we realised was we didn’t have to get up early as people don’t go down to the sun beds til about 10 am, there’s always sun beds too! And people stay by the pool til about half 6,7! The first night we got ready early to realise entertainment didn’t start until 10 so just a heads up! Great hotel, would return :)

Il y avait vraiment trop de monde à la piscine. Les ascenseurs fonctionnent une fois sur deux, c'était vraiment pénible. La plage près de l'hôtel est accessible mais quand on revient la pente est très difficile pour une personne plus âgée, il faut le noter. Une solution aura été de nous déplacer à pied vers l'autre plage et de revenir en taxi après la journée. Près de l'hôtel vous trouverez des restaurants très ordinaires, américanisés, menus avec photos, etc. On avait peine à croire que nous étions en Espagne. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais c'est quelque chose à savoir si on y va.

Es la segunda vez que vamos en menos de un mes y seguramente no vayamos a volver más. La plantilla de la limpieza es escandalosa, gritan y chillan desde las 7 de la mañana. Vienen a limpiar muy temprano ya molestando al cliente. El día de salida que se supone que la hora de salida son las 12h, a las 8 ya quieren entrar a limpiar. No dejan descansar y son algo mal educadas.

Todo bastante correcto, la comida bien, la atención muy bien, lo único malo es que la cama de matrimonio era muy pequeña, de muelles y las almohadas eran de matrimonio. Pero el hotel es bastante bonito en general (bastante nuevo)

La animación excelente, las camas cómodas y la habitación muy bien aislada pq mantenía muy bien el frescor del aire acondicionado. La comida normal pero tendrían que mejorar la limpieza de los platos.
