The UHC SOL I MAR FAMILY COMPLEX is located in a privileged setting in Salou. Just a few steps from Paseo Miramar and Playa de Ponent. It is an old and unique building in Salou. It has been completely renovated with great taste, preserving its great modernist value.

- Master bedroom suite-style with double bed and private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Bedroom with double bed.
- Second bathroom with bathtub shared between two bedrooms.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- This apartment does not have a terrace, but it does have large windows.
- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Outdoor communal swimming pool, seasonal. (On the building's rooftop)
- Optional parking with supplement. (Not suitable for large cars)
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
