"Single room was small but had a fridge, modern deco and excellent air conditioning. TV did not have a good picture with interference. Of the three lights in the room only one was working. Only one available wall socket for charging phone etc. Infront of the window was an air conditioning unit which buzzed and hummed throughout the day and evening. It didn't switch off until late at night. Breakfast was very good with ample choice. The pool area was nice but limited number of sunbeds avaiable. It was possible to use the pool after check out which was a big plus. Some noise from street but more so from other guests slamming doors and shouting. The hotel is in an excellent location. For a two night stay it was fine but I would not want to stay any longer than that. With a few negatives as mentioned above for the price it was good value."

"Absolutely beautiful grounds, paradise. Pools were excellent, lifeguard on from opening to closing. Several pools but the way it was laid out it was so peaceful. Lifeguards did not allow anyones enjoyment be spoiled by others! Loads of sunbeds. Bungalow private, lovely and clean with everything one needs. Great size shower cubicle and the shower head was massive with loads of water that never lost pressure or heat. Staff got us in much earlier than the 4 oclock check in time and stored our luggage while we went to the pool to wait to check in. They called us within 10 minute's as our bungalow was ready, at least 3 hours before check in! Staff assisted us with luggage to bungalow and gave us a quick chat, map, wristbands for access to the bungalow. Some reception staff could have been a bit more attentive, the language barrier with some was difficult and the staff being trained could have been more customer focused and friendly. Some of the staff were great, efficient, friendly and polite. Lady that worked in the site shop was lovely. Reception ordered taxis that came bang on time. Unobtrusive security worked at night when reception closed. I think personally 24 hour reception is a must. That was quite a let down for me. When leaving I had great difficulty getting my bungalow inspected for my €200.00 deposit return because of the language barrier with the security. Early morning flight and reception staff don't start till 9. Great place overall and would definitely return."

"Lovely apartment with comfy beds. I asked for a high floor room and got one at the top with good views inland. Good size balcony. The swimming pool is open but only after 10 am. Across the road are bus stops and an excellent information bus hub. [Ask about a bus to the airports.] This is a quieter, greener end of Salou so you may be using local buses a lot. I recommend walking the coast path and visiting all the little local beaches. [Warning. The nearest beaches are one heck of a climb.] A trip to Tarragona is a must, especially for fans of ancient Rome. A Dac supermarket is just across the road but the best is Coviran just past the information hub. The bad... Check in takes ages and you have to leave a credit card deposit of 200 euros. The hotel next door is a bit noisy but the entertainment stops at 11pm and the patio doors shuts off the noise. Permanent residents live here as well as holiday guests. You need to leave the apartment clean tidy and free of your own rubbish including any leftovers you might leave for the cleaner [who comes only after you've vacated it.] I would stay here again providing I had the same room."
