"Good fisrt... staff was great and mostly kind. Beds are quite conformable! Affordavle and convienient. Small indoor pool for off season swimming was nice as well. I didnt eat breakfast but it smelled amazing and was available til 10 am. Easy quick checkins both stays. Now, the Bad...Workout room has 3 machines and a weight station. Only the weight station is usable the machine do not work. . Kids allowed to run through halls well after 11 pm. White sheets stained. My pillow case had a shoe print on it and other pillowcases had brown stains. Couches (I stayed in 2 rooms) both had Giant brown nasty stains covering half the couch. Black mold in corners on showers so gross. Room not swept, and dust covering the wooden shells in bathroom. NO COFFEE POT! Had to get room key replaced twice as it stopped working many time, also another guest doing the same thing. Employee said its been happening to many people everyday though they are new keys"

"Our room wasn't very clean. There were large stains on the sitting chair and small stains and dirty grout on the floor in the bathroom. The shower drain didn't work well and there was a lack of deep cleaning. Some positives, the staff was helpful, beds were comfortable, room was quiet. "

"This was the best stay we have ever had at the Finger Lakes! The Lakeview Spa room was fantastic with a beautiful view of Cayuga Lake. You even have a view of the lake from your in room spa tub. The Inn has been gorgeously renovated and is impeccably maintained while still preserving the historical elements of the property. Day or night the grounds and property are beautiful. The lighting at night is magical and their cozy fire pits are welcoming. They even provided blankets on the cool night we were there. The continental breakfast and dinner was great. The service, the staff, the chef, and owner really made our stay memorable. It’s easy to see this has to be the #1 wedding venue in the area. There are classy vibes around the property and the music being played around the Inn sets the tone of the experience you will have. Everywhere you look, you can see the attention that has been given to the place’s design. The owner thought of every detail and his Hollywood background shines. We were lucky enough to meet the owner Carl and chef Song. We spent some time by the fire learning about their backgrounds and how the Inn came to be. We heard fascinating stories and had great conversation. Be sure to visit the breathtaking waterfall and Park, which are adjacent. "Clean rooms, but no housekeeping for our stay. Trash wasn’t removed from room, outside bins or in the common area. No smoke detector in our room. All curtains have to be kept closed at night or everyone can see into your room. "
