3 bedrooms downstairs with large loft area upstairs with 5 twin beds. Roku TV upstairs and down. Video game hook ups on both TV's. Free Wi-Fi. One full bath on main floor. Two additional showers and 2 toilets downstairs, with outside entrance. Coin operated washer/dryer downstairs. All bed and bath linens provided. Outside patio with patio furniture and gas grill provided.

Basement now also has 2 additional showers and 2 additional toilets and coin operated laundry. Outside entrance for those.

We are now on public water!!
There are also 2 additional smaller houses on property. Inquire for details.

Relaxing and restful

We had a great experience! Sis and Larry are extremely helpful and accommodating. The house is perfect for our family and extended family. Watching the beautiful sunsets and listening to the waves was exactly what we all needed. We will definitely be back!

family get-together

Perfect spot with kids - playground on premises and beach a short drive away. Kids loved the loft for sleeping, and did not want to leave on Sunday. Nice grill and patio and clean lovely bathroom. Listing was a little off, idk if that was vrbo's fault. Pricing was incorrect (not by a lot) and the application requested different info than was needed. this was easily straightened out with the very responsive owner, however. We'd book again/1

Solar Eclipse 2024

Our family got together to watch the eclipse. There were 22 of us total, we rented all three houses in the property. The main house was the gathering point and very spacious. Lots of space and seating, open area for the kids to play. It never felt crowded. The kitchens were well stocked. We utilized the grill, patio area and fire pits daily. There is a nice play structure and sand pile for the kids. We brought sand toys of our own but there was a bin full of kids toys which we used as well. Kids also played basketball and tennis. The extra showers and bathroom downstairs were a plus and both were utilized. Sis is a great host, her only rule for us was to relax and have fun. It was the perfect property for a large group and our family get together.
