"What an amazing and beautiful home! We had a glorious time and hope to make it back to this house someday.Beds & furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (with the exception of kitchen linens -- we couldn't find any dishtowels, so we used bathroom hand towels). The view and beach access cannot be beat. The neighborhood is quiet and far enough away from 101 that you don't hear traffic noise."

"Yes, the place is a bit older, but for what you pay, it’s great. It was very clean and quiet. The view is spectacular! The other units available here are rentable through Cavalier if you want to pay more for units that are all remodeled with newer furnishings. The bed we used in the primary was very comfortable, both bathrooms were very clean and well stocked, along with the kitchen. The shower door in the smaller bathroom doesn’t stay closed, but my husband didn’t notice it caused too much of a problem when showering. The place is for sale and paperwork was taped to the door about the sale of the property, so I am not sure how much longer it will be available for a rental through here. There is overflow parking which we used. The cover parking for the unit is tight if you don’t have a small car or suv. We didn’t use the pool or game area but it all looked very clean and well maintained for age of the place. It’s definitely not all new. Beach access was easy and a place to wash feet is provided for guests to use. We would definitely stay here again if the unit is available in the future. If not, I’ll look into renting another unit. We love this location along the coast to be in the middle of all the places we like to go."

"The kitchen has a good selection of pots, pans, bowls, knives and silverware. Good wifi. Quiet neighborhood. Could use more large glasses. All tubs - no showers for those who may be handicapped. No handles in any bathtubs for handicapped. No ice maker or ice trays."

"Stay was wonderful, pictures accurate for property. View and beach access terrific. Hot tub wonderful. Got incorrect instructions for access to the property and were delayed the first day. Management company replied only by text and it took 10-15 minutes for them to send correct instructions/code for key box. Daily fee for dog was a bit excessive but fenced backyard perfect for our dog and his first introduction to the beach! Would look for another more reasonably priced dog friendly property next time."
