"We really enjoyed our week stay in the Rarity Condo at the end of August. The condo is extremely clean, the mattress was just right, and seating is plentiful and very comfortable. Everything is exactly like the pictures, with thoughtful touches like coat hooks near the front door and a basket of toiletries samples. The view is perfect, the sunny balcony is great for watching sunsets and grilling. We walked to nearby bars and restaurants, to the beach, and boutiques. Much of the city requires driving, but there are many excellent forest hikes to be had here!Frankly this would have been a five-star review except for a couple of minor issues. First, the place had not been cleaned when we arrived, although previous guests had clearly checked out at least a day prior. While Dianne made it right within just a few hours (with credit and a touch up cleaner), I dealt with the prior guest's dirty laundry, and then vacated the unit for cleaning. Secondly, the cookware is in abysmal condition. Other than this we were very happy with our stay and would happily recommend this rental to friends and family."
