"My stay at this hotel was overall very enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The cleaning lady was phenomenal—I had several conversations with her during my stay, and she was always pleasant whenever I saw her in the hallways. There was also a gentleman at the front desk whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, but he was extremely kind, helpful, and professional.
When I first arrived, I wasn’t aware that guests under 25 are required to pay an additional fee. Although this caught me off guard, the staff were very understanding and helped me through the process. One suggestion I would make is to be cautious about telling guests they may be able to arrive before check-in time. Since the hotel was fully booked the night before, no rooms were available when we arrived, which was disappointing. However, the staff accommodated us by allowing us to use the pool while we waited, which was greatly appreciated.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. The sheets did have a few minor stains, but nothing serious. The bathroom was clean, and everything else in the room was in good condition. I also enjoyed the amenities the hotel provided. The atmosphere was quiet, organized, and well-managed, and it was clear that the hotel staff takes their rules seriously to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
