"Perfect place for families with pets"

"This was a nice spacious home. Clean and neat. It was 9 of us and no one was on top of one another. We had a great time and it was a short drive from everything especially the beach. Id stay there 10 out of 10 times. We had a blast!"

"What a view of the bay , our family loved staying here, clean home and nice family atmosphere and the amenities are the best 2 pools , fishing ponds, paddle boats, so much to do and not enough time to do it all , also very close to the beaches, thanks again ,looking forward to next year:)"

"Clean, quiet, close enough to OC to enjoy it but far enough away to relax. All pictures exactly as found. Kitchen had everything we needed. Convenient to grocery, restaurants, cute farmers market, and highways. Owner communication A. Highly recommend, would absolutely rent again "

"House was big, beautiful and great location with a beautiful deck off the master bedroom and nice fenced in yard. However, we left a day early due to bugs. Ants on the kitchen counter and in the sitting room, spiders both alive and some that had been there for a bit with their webs on every floor of the house and in the corn hole game in the bottom floor and even in the master bedroom shower. They were very responsive and came out same day to spray. Next morning there was a black spider that greated me by the coffee maker and ants in the counter. Also there was a blanket folded up in sitting room with crumbs in it which had us questioning how clean there blankets are etc.Also the wifi was not strong throughout the house. If they can work out the bug issue and clean all blankets it would be great for future renters with children."

"What a treat to stay at the Atlantic Hotel on our way to a beach weekend! Berlin was so lively! The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late-night arrival, including a delicious meal and drinks on the porch, despite it being almost closing time. Food and drinks were great, and the staff were fabulous! Loved this unique experience in a historic hotel."
