Welcome to Assateague Pointe! Located next to Frontier Town, only minutes to the Ocean City inlet and minutes to Assateague Island! You can hop over to the excitement of the city or stay secluded from the hustle and bustle. This community offers 24/7 security, multiple pools, playgrounds, an arcade, catch & release pond with paddle boats, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball court, weekly activities and is on the water with amazing views and a fishing/crabbing pier!
Our fully equipped 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage is your home away from home. It includes a spacious master with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating 6 adults comfortably. Smart TVs (including Fire sticks) are provided in the living room as well as bedrooms, use one of the assortment of games/cards, or sit out on the patio and enjoy the cool breeze.

We love staying at this cottage. The community is quiet, and close to Ocean City, and assateague. There's 2 huge community pools. The cottage is super clean and comfy.

Great place!

We love visiting Assateague, we love the quiet and rustic nature of the beach and the quaintness of Berlin. Assateague Pointe is in a great location, had stayed in the community previously and this was our first time staying in this home. It was super clean, beds were very comfortable, a lot of thoughtfulness was evident throughout. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Very nice 3-day getaway!

Property was very close to Assateague Island National Seashore. Pool facilities and playgrounds were great for our 2-year old granddaughter after a day at the beach. The AC/fan unit may need some work, as it was very loud each time it kicked on, but overall a wonderful place.

Long weekend at the Maryland coast

Spent a long weekend at this property and had a wonderful time. Good food in Berlin. Very close to the Assateague National Seashore, and Ocean City. The weather wasn't the greatest but we weren't expecting warm and sunny in the middle of February. Mostly it was just a nice relaxing stay.

Had a great time

House was nice, clean and well furnished. Although the HVAC was noisy, it did not bother our sleep. Two key cards for the gate would have been nice since we had 2 cars and on Sunday, the front office was closed and the guy at the gate wasn't there. We called and he arrived a couple minutes later. Very nice owners and very nice house!

Wonderful Cottage

We have stayed at Assateague point for several years. This is by far the best rental. The home is fully stocked. The beds are very comfortable. There's three large flat screen TV's. The location in the development is ideal. Close to the swimming pools and the crabbing pier. Check in and check out with the Myers was effortless. Their response to my questions was instant. They were very helpful. I would give them a ten star rating if I could. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Assateague island.

ENJOYED OUR TIME AT THE COTTAGE

VERY NICE NEIGHBORHOOD. QUIET AND PRESTINE. COTTAGE WAS COMFORTABLE, HOMEY, CLEAN AND VERY WELL APPOINTED. WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO FREINDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS. OWNERS WERE VERY ACCOMMADATING. SPENT AT LEAST AN HOUR WITH THEM TO WALK US TROUGH SIGNING INTO THE TV. SUCH PATIENCE!! WE ARE NOT VERY TECH SAVVY. THEY WERE VERY PLEASEANT. WE TRULY APPRECIATED THEIR WILLINGNESS TO BE OF HELP TO US. NEIGHBORS WE PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY.

Well equipped and Lots to do

Home and amenities are as described. Enjoyed making milkshakes with blender. So much to do. Kids took thrir bikes and rode around neighborhood. We crabbed and fished at pier and fished in ponds. We caught lots of fish. Paddleboats are free to use. We will definately stay again. The only weird thing was cameras on porches. It was not private sitting out on the porches knowing you are being watched on camera. We are from the country and not used to that but understand it is for security. Great location and clean. Very convenient having washer and dryer in home.

Wonderful Vacation

We've stayed in Assateague Point several years. This rental, by far, is the best. The home is well stocked. Lots of towels. The beds are great. There's three large flat screen TV's. The WiFi signal id very strong. Wonderful location in the development. Walking distance to the pool and the long crabbing pier. Where we stayed before (two years in a row) the home owners did not respond to my questions. The home owners here were a pleasure to communicate with. I had messed up the dates for the stay and they responded immediately to straighten it out. I had several questions and they responded immediately. It means a lot to me to know that my questions will be answered. I would give the owners ten stars if I could. Effortless check in and check out. When returning to Assateague we will definitely stay here again. Wonderful stay!

A decent place, great location, reasonable cost, but not well equipped for a family stay

We had an okay stay. We ended up leaving a day early. There were several things that people staying at the house should know. 1. The beds are VERY FIRM 2. The pull out couch, though less firm, has bars that you can feel and is difficult to sleep on. 3. When bedroom doors are closed, bedrooms are uncomfortably hot at night. There was 1 box fan in a closet. 4. If you plan to cook and eat any meals in the home, be prepared. The kitchen was lacking a cutting board (we purchased one and left it there) and a few other basics. There is also no grill at the home. The community grills were unusable. 6. There is a crabbing dock in the community but no crabbing equipment at the house. We purchased some traps, measuring device and a net while we were there and left them for future guests use. 7. There were no beach toys or board games at the house. You should be sure and bring your own. All in all, I recommend this home to people who plan to spend most of the time at the beach or sight seeing off site and eating meals out. And for those who don’t mind sleeping on very firm bedding and not closing the bedroom doors at night. For us, we will probably choose a property in a different community next time. Although this is a fantastic location, central to everything , the property itself didn’t really suit us as a family as well as we thought it would.

The is a lovely Cottage and has all the comforts of home. The Cottage has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Your Family will love the pool and game room. The view at sunrise is Beautiful. Everyone will enjoy Frontier town next door. Our Family ENJOYED our time while we were there.
