O Hotel está localizado bem na Praia de Atalaia, a mais famosa de Salinas. O café da manhã é modesto, mas com bons itens de alimentação. Os quartos do segundo piso lidam com um barulho ocasionado pelos fortes ventos, para quem tem sono leve pode ser um problema. Do nosso grupo de 3 pessoas, 1 teve esse dilema. Mas, a localização e a estrutura do quarto compensam bastante! Os recepcionistas são muito educados e com ótimas dicas da cidade.

Fiz uma reserva de 2 diárias no hotel em questão. Ao chegar no local, nos deparamos com hóspodes ouvindo música no último volume na área da piscina. Esse foi só o começo dos problemas. O frigobar do quarto não estava funcionando, mas a gerência do hotel resolvou trocando por outro frigobar. Na hora do café da manhã, tinha tanta gente de passeios turísticos hospedadas no hotel, que não conseguimos lugar pra sentar. Esperamos cerca de 20 minutos pra conseguir comer. Em nossa segunda diária, começou uma obra no hotel. Fomos acordados cedo com as telhas do nosso quarto sendo trocadas. Não fomos informados que o hotel passaria por reformas durante nossa estadia. Após reclamar na recepção, fomos trocados de quarto. O chuveiro do primeiro quarto era muito ruim e saia água por apenas alguns buracos. Sem falar que o quarto estava cheio de formigas e deixou muito a desejar quanto a limpeza e higiêne dos lençós e toalhas. Enfim, um hotel com uma ótima localização, a um quarteirão da praia do Atalaia, mas com um péssimo serviço e funcionários mal educados, com a excessão do recepcionista João Paulo, que fez o que estava ao seu alcance para tentar solucionar os problemas que surgiam. Pelo valor que paguei pela diária deste hotel, não o recomendo à ninguém. Pagamos bem para sermos bem recebidos e tratados pelo funcionário do estabelecimento e não para receber olhares tortos e cara fechada quando passamos por eles nas áreas do hotel. Precisam melhorar muito na educação e atendimento.

Simplicidade e eficiência.

Já antes da hospedagem o atendimento pelo staff foi de excelência, ajudando-me a solucionar uma mudança de datas. A localização é privilegiada, embora o acesso ainda não esteja asfaltado. Tem um bom estacionamento interno e facilidade para estacionar no exterior, caso seja necessário. O staff, mais uma vez foi impecável, atencioso e eficiente. Os quartos são simples, mas são espaçosos e confortáveis, atendendo perfeitamente a necessidade. Dica: se faz questão de banho quente, deixe isso claro ao reservar, já que alguns quartos não dispõem de chuveiro elétrico.
