"The house, view and community are exactly as described. Gina made things super easy and enjoyable with great communication and check ins to make sure things were as expected. Working as motorsport photographers, we were in town to shoot the IMSA race at Laguna Seca and the house had just the right distance from the track. Easy and reasonable drive to it but at the same time, enough away from it to make you feel like you have some separation (IYKYK)."

"Walking into this house took my breath away. There are huge windows facing Monterey Bay and the beach is footsteps away on a nice path. The house is very nice and has everything needed to enjoy a great weekend or even a few weeks! The location is 20 minutes from downtown Monterey which we really liked because we felt like the beach was all ours. It is also close to Moss Landing and we did the slough safari there which was a lot of fun.We had 2 small children with us, and they had an absolute blast playing on the beach. The house had toys so that was really convenient as well.I would love to come back and stay longer!"
