The Neighborhood:
Ideally positioned between central Manchester and Salford, both around a 25-minute walk away, this apartment provides a great base for exploring everything the city has to offer. A selection of cafés, restaurants, and local shops can be found right on your doorstep, while the wider choice of dining, shopping, and entertainment in central Manchester is just a short drive or bus ride away. There is also a large Sainsbury’s supermarket only a 5-minute walk from the apartment for added convenience.
Getting Around:
Central Manchester and central Salford are both around a 25-minute walk away, or just a short drive or bus ride. Manchester Piccadilly train station can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by taxi.
Other Things to Note:
There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
