Room was cold and I the heater control didn't seem to work. Breakfast, which I paid extra for was just a few small items left in the room. Neither the room or the breakfast was worth the money.

We are sorry for your bad esperience. If we could know wich booking we are speaking about, it will be easier to check. If we had know on time the problem with the heater, we could have send the tecnical to solve. we recomend to give this info on time in order to find a solution during the stay.

Thankful for the place close to the CBD. Lift has to be accessed after several stairs which made it a bit hard because we had heavy luggage. Room was not cleaned during our 3 days stay. Breakfast was the same for the 3 days stay. Saw reception only on day of arrival.

nice hosted,great location
i was taking bus didn't know the bus station was not close to main train station, which is why i booked my stay as it is only 5-7minutes walk to the train station. the owner is very nice, asked her staff Barbara come to wait me at the bus station, even the bus was arrived late and take me to the Lavilletta B&B. i appreciated very much.

フロント不在のB&Bであったため、チェックイン時間制約とチェックアウト後の荷物預けに不都合は感じずにはいられなかったが、そのことよりも無駄な労力を強いられ、大変疲れる滞在となった。 2泊連泊(連泊割引なし)したが、タオル交換と部屋の清掃がなく、Expediaメッセージ機能にてタオル交換を申し出たが、清掃担当者が郊外に住んでいるため、タオル交換は無理との回答。 これまでイタリア旅行は10回以上しており、いつも標準クラスのホテルに宿泊するが、タオル交換なしは初めて。使用済のタオルは大小ともに、濡れた状態で臭いも若干していたため、その旨伝えると汚れたタオルの写メを送るようメッセージ指示返信あり。その後電話でも何度かやりとりがあり、しかも口調は荒々しい感じで、最終的には隣の空室(ドアがなかなか開かない部屋)からタオル1組取ってくるように指示あり。疲れて帰宅した後の驚きと長時間の不快なやりとりに、サレルノのイメージは最悪になった。 全くお勧めできない。

Situata al 4 piano, con ascensore, a due passi dalla stazione treni e dal centro, è dotata di tutti i confort basici, compreso un piccolo frigo che però abbiamo tenuto spento durante la notte per il rumore non forte ma fastidioso. Le porte, sia della stanza che del bagno, si chiudono con un po' di difficoltà, e il fermo doccia non funzionava correttamente. Personale gentile e simpatico, disponibile ad accogliere ogni nostra esigenza.

Zona centrale. Facilemente raggiungibile per chi arriva a Salerno con il treno. Stanza enorme come pure il bagno. Pulitissimo e materasso ottimo!

・場所がわかりにくい、看板もないし、普通のオフィスビル（4Fの一部だけホテルのため）みたいなのでホテルだとわからない。 ・中は非常にきれい、新しいし掃除が行き届いてる。 ・朝ごはんが豪華、エスプレッソマシンまである。 ・連泊の場合、タオルの交換やごみの回収はない。 ・エレベーターは有料。 ・Wi-Fiは非常によくつながる。 ・英語を話せる人がいるわけではなく、スマホの翻訳アプリで対応している、基本はイタリア語のみ。 ・建物の入り口の扉を開けるのにコツがいるので、必ず確認してから外出した方が良い（夜中に締め出されそうになった）。

Tutto bene
B&b molto pulito e accogliente. Si trova poco distante dalla stazione FS ,in centro.Ottima l'accoglienza.Colazione con prodotti confezionati, bollitore e macchina per il caffè, questo può essere un difetto ma è anche vero che permette maggiore libertà,ogniuno fa colazione all'orario preferito.Lo consiglio

Excelente relación precio-calidad.
Muy lindo B&B. Cerca de la estación de trenes y del centro. Habitación y baño muy buenos. Cómo nos fuimos muy temprano no pudimos probar el desayuno asique no sé cómo será. Muy amables la anfitriona y guarda llaves.

Posizione centrale... ma standard di bassa qualità
Siamo stati lì per il capodanno 2018 (2 notti). Il B&B è in posizione molto centrale, raggiungibile in pochi minuti dalla stazione e vicinissimo al centro. Purtroppo la sera, appena rientrati, abbiamo trovato il bagno completamente allagato; abbiamo passato un'ora intera ad asciugare il pavimento, con un freddo terrificante (gli infissi sono antichi e malmessi e il condizionatore in camera non riesce a scaldare il bagno). L'indomani ho chiamato al telefono e il responsabile, in modo molto gentile, ha detto che probabilmente dipendeva dallo scarico della lavatrice... Purtroppo però la signora (proprietaria?), il pomeriggio seguente ha cercato di scaricare su di noi la colpa dicendo che probabilmente avevamo lasciato un rubinetto aperto (peccato che non abbiamo bambini e che comunque un rubinetto aperto non allaga il bagno!). Non si è neppure scusata, non ha minimamente proposto sconti sul prezzo (salato, considerato anche il periodo) o altri modi per rendere più digeribile il disagio. C'è molto da lavorare sul rapporto coi clienti, specie se si intende fare questo mestiere a livello professionale. In conclusione, molto meglio un hotel...

L'hotel è a due passi da corso Vittorio Emanuele e vicino alla stazione. La proprietaria che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile. La camera era pulita. Dotata di phon, condizionatore, asciugamani, shampoo, TV, bollitore.

very nice room and friendly staffs!
i stayed here only one night when i have a day trip to Amalfi. it's closer to the coast and the room price is very affordable. the staffs let me check in at noon and the room is very clean and nice. free breakfast is more than enough for one person. if i come back to italy next time, i will definitely stay with them again :)

Lugar muy agradable y cómodo, muy cerca de todo.
Muy buen lugar, excelente servicio, muy buena presencia, a la primera impresión, muy buena atención de los dueños. Lo único que en la página dice q el hotel no tiene recepción y que hay que contactarse antes por teléfono para hacer el check in y eso al no poder comunicarse por mail sólo por teléfono resulta un poco confuso.

The accommodation was ok as it was cheap. I cannot give points to the decor - worst thing was the broken chair (see the picture). Breakfast was not healthy - the only good part of it was a cup of coffee and a fruit juice. Otherwise, location was good. The staff was friendly and let me to keep my luggage in the room after the check out till my train left from Salerno.

Good quality atime a reasonance price
This is a flate split into private separate ensuite rooms. The room and toilet are very high quality, old new and very comfy. It has good quality WiFi connexion and is very close to the old town and trains station. There is no reception, but you may contact them and they were very accommodating upon my early arrival to drop luggage, but again the roomph was vacant so not sure how would work if occupied or if you would like to have your luggage looked after until the evening. The breakfast consistserved of juice, croissant and coffee. You have it in your room upon arrival. The only thing I did not like is that despite you pay the same being 1 or 2 people, when they saw I was 1 they remove half of the breakfast.
