"Dog friendly, fenced yard. Nature lovers paradise. Darling property a stone’s throw from downtown Blacksburg and VT. No a/c meant windows open and the neighborhood noise was significant. Made it a bit hard to sleep. No TV. Parrots/fish on property / parrots are also loud. Owner warned us and offered to take them but I wasn’t clear about the situation, so I didn’t ask them to take them. My fault. 3 bedroom with interesting decor. "

Great outdoor spaces on front and back porches, complete with a grill. Thoughtful touches everywhere from snacks and coffee to extra blankets and plush towels to razors and toothpaste, in case you forgot. And fascinating site history too. Would definitely stay again! Close to Rising Silo Brewery, Heritage Park and Gateway Trails."

The host was extremely helpful and communicative. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Blacksburg for a weekend!"

"Missy was nice and easy to communicate with but the house seemed like people currently lived in it. There were clothes in the closest and opened food in the refrigerator. It seemed clean but there was trash/take out containers under some of the furniture."
