Booked a one bedroom apartment, it was quiet, comfortable and perfectly located near to the city centre and eateries had also a supermarket directly across the road. A convenient little stop over.

Lovely room, central location and plenty of parking, the only downside was that our room was not well insulated for noise from the hallway or adjoining rooms.

My studio unit had everything I needed to cook dinner, so very handy. It was an adjoining room, so unfortunately I could hear a crying baby and talking from the other side of the door, so this type of room would not be good for a light sleeper depending who is on the other side (I turned on the bathroom fan for white noise and it blocked out most of it). I ranked the communication as less than excellent only because I found it to be overly complicated - email asking you to pre-check in, then a text asking about my arrival time (even though I indicated it on the pre-check that morning), had to call the property using international mobile roaming minutes to ensure I would be able to check in as they didn't specify what time reception closes in their text message - if the email/text had simply said 'call us if you will arrive after 8pm' all would have been avoided. When I mentioned this at reception, the woman at the desk (Harper, I believe) was very understanding and even came over a little later with a note and some chocolate to apologize for the inconvenience - a very nice, professional touch (particularly as it was not her fault, it's the property's silly over-the-top process).

Pleasant Stay
Multiple members of my family, over 3 generations, stayed at the Quest; we were in Sale for a family gathering. It was a very comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet.

I don't think the photos do this place justice. Our room was spacious, clean and the beds were super comfy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

great location close to everything … just a bit disappointed with the detailed cleaning , light switches , the shower screen well was extremely dirty .. the pillows are super hard … perhaps for the price my expectation was a little high ..

The room was nice. I could hear everything from the next room. One towel was stained. Kitchen facilities we great. Internet (for TV) was sporadic at times. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't think the room was worth the money.

Friendly and accommodating staff with regards to our late arrival. Pleasantly surprised with the upgrade. Rooms were spacious and clean. A disappointment however was that the heater did not warm up the bedroom. Highly recommend this property. Great facilities.

Good parking we didn't like the room too small I. Chair toilet light on an off by itself we reported not fixed crumbs on chair and carpet needed a good vac disappointing

Bed was as hard as sleeping on a floor. There was a dog that barked all hours and they started mowing at about 8 in the morning. Then the room cleaners came 30mins before check out time. Definitely will not be staying there again.
