Staff were friendly and efficient. Great service in the restaurant. Simple clean rooms. Smoke detector was half hanging off the ceiling (a service may be required) Cob webs need to be looked at around windows and corner of room.

Great stay in nicely restored Hotel. Only disappointment was restaurant wasn't open on our night, but staff suggested a great alternative. Nice stay

A fine renovation
A fine renovation makes a rather tired hotel reasonably pleasant. The whole pub has a vibe of wanting to be very fancy without actually being very fancy at all. The room is small, but the bed is very comfortable and the shower excellent. The view out over the solar panels leaves a little to be desired! Overall, a good comfortable place to stay although a little overpriced.
