    Step into coastal luxury at Dovecot, a beautifully renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home just a short walk to the heart of Salcombe. 

    With panoramic estuary views, chic interiors, and thoughtfully designed spaces, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience for your next seaside escape, accommodating up to 9 guests and one well behaved dog by prior agreement. 

    For those seeking a truly luxury escape, you can elevate your stay with the use of the hot tub (included for all week long stays as inclusive. For short breaks, it is an optional extra) – the perfect way to relax after a day of coastal adventures. (This is applicable for all new bookings made to arrive from February half term 2026 onwards).

The stylish dining area offers plenty of room for social meals and celebrations.

    There's also a separate living room away from the open plan living & dining area offering a peaceful sanctuary to relax after a busy day exploring. 

    Kitchen
    The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including quality appliances, ample counter space, and a sociable layout that keeps the conversation flowing while you cook. Perfect for preparing anything from beach snacks to gourmet dinners.

    Bedrooms & Bathrooms
    Dovecot features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully styled with luxurious linens and elegant décor.

    The primary bedroom boasts stunning estuary views, an ensuite shower room and a super comfy super king size bed. 

    A second spacious bedroom also enjoys beautiful estuary views and a king size bed. 

    The third bedroom is ideal for teens or younger children, with flexible sleeping options to suit different group configurations. It has two sets of bespoke bunk beds. 

    There is also an additional bedroom space that's ideal for a young child up to 12 which is located at the bottom of the stairs to the main bedroom. 

    The home includes two bathrooms and a stylish cloakroom, all with modern fittings and spa-like touches.

    Outdoor Space
    The charming garden is perfect for alfresco dining and family fun. Enjoy the ample outdoor seating,  and panoramic views, all just minutes from the coast. 

    Want to truly unwind? You can elevate your stay with the use of the hot tub (included for all week long stays. For short breaks, it is an optional extra) -  the perfect way to relax after a day of coastal adventures.

    The large outdoor shower house is a standout feature — perfect for rinsing off after sandy beach days or paddleboarding adventures.

    Parking 
    There is off-road parking for one small / medium car right outside the house (maximum size of say a VW Golf). There is also usually on street parking available on Grenville Road or neighbouring roads or the long stay car park is a 10-15 mins walk.

    Other Things to Note 

    1) The accommodation is set over three floors, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

    2) Wi-fi access throughout this property.

    3) Central heating and hot water are provided via a combi boiler.

    4) No smoking, vaping, or candles are permitted inside or close to the property. 

    5) No provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at these premises. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.  

    6) The hot tub is included for all week long stays. For short breaks, it is an optional extra.  

    7) One well behaved dog or two small well behaved dogs is / are welcome, subject to simple dog rules. Please note that the owners do bring their own dogs on occasions.  

    8) All bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.

    9) Complimentary access to our Salcombe Abode inclusive concierge service, together with a luxury Salcombe Abode welcome pack on arrival.
