It has a patio within the complex but no view although there is a communal bench outside with a lovely estuary view which we used frequently. It only has electric storage heaters which were impossible to work out hence the house was cold at times. The allocated numbered car park space within the complex is on a slope and a dip so was totally unsuitable for our low car, scraped the front. We used a different space as it was...

"As described everything you need for home from home. The toaster was a little slow and required popping twice. But everything was thought of from a welcome cleaning pack to free tea and coffee. Lovely touches. Would benefit from a blind on the bedroom window. Also difficult for disabled visitors you park on a slope and 6 steps to navigate. Walking into town you have a very steep slope and a choice of following the road or navigating steps. But in all a nice spot in town"

"This property is need of a lot of repair. Leaks through the ceiling, peeling paint, the water tank is a real issue - you may run out of drinking water! Marks and holes in walls through the property. It is not a virtual check in you have to go collect the keys. We lost two hours trying to get hold of virtual check in. Microwave sounds like it’s going to explode and dishwasher doesn’t work. Really terrible stay. The only plus is there’s a lovely view"
