"Amazing hotel. The hotel is in a fantastic location as soon as you walk in you are met with friendly reception staff. The room was amazing so much better than expected. Great amenities in the suite - so clean and the most comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was included - again so clean. Lovely staff and a buffet breakfast with a bakery section and hot food section - make your own coffee which is a great idea If visiting Riga this is the place to stay"

"Breakfast was basic .. but satisfactory . Could do with more choice .. Room was clean and tidy .. The staff were what really makes this hotel in Riga .. The manager is polite and very helpful . Very knowledgeable about the local area .. Though my main thanks goes to Irina .. she was absolutely amazing . I will be returning to Riga and to the hotel because of her and how her customer service was . Hotel justus you have an excellent member of staff . "

"I was very satisfied with the visit. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was modern, clean, and offered good quality and service. The morning spa facilities were of a high standard. Unfortunately, the quality, size, and cleanliness of the gym did not match the overall standard of the hotel. It is only suitable for one person to work out there at a time."

"Amazing, recently renovated room with a beautiful view of Riga Old Town and very friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved - it felt disorganized, with queues for coffee, empty food trays and a limited selection. Also, additional parking charges weren’t clearly communicated."

"Location is great! As advertised it’s right in old town and about 7 -15 minutes away from some of the major sites. 12 minute walk to the bus that takes you to the airport. Good cafés and dining around. Staff are quite warm, particularly. Vidam (misspelled) he was quite warm and helpful and gave really great recommendations! Hotel itself is a bit subpar -rooms are quite basic and small. Carpet quite shabby. Fitness center small but it got the job done. I’m not sure I would stay again. I would probably upgrade to something nicer. But five stars for location and staff. "

The SPA is a great addition to your stay. Take advantage of it. Also, they have a nice restaurant with nice food and polite staff. Overall, well recommended hotel."
