It is a recently renovated apartment 15 minutes from the center, and just 5 minutes walk from the western neighborhood (one of the unknown attractions of the city with urban art at street level full of color thanks to its artistic facades).
The accommodation has all kinds of services around it (bus, taxi, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.).
Newly renovated accommodation divided into living room, 2 double bedrooms, separate kitchen, large bathroom with bathtub and 30 square meter terrace.
⚠️ NOTE!! In the rainy and cold months the furniture and grass on the terrace will not be operational as in the photos!!!!
