"The mattress was sunken in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Check-in was later than it should have been around 3:45! The breakfast wasn’t very good and lacked variety. Room cleaning also wasn’t done until quite late in the day, usually around 4:00–5:00 PM, which was inconvenient. ..."
