Staff & communication with hotel was very good; it probably helps that the HM is one of a few Murillo properties. The desk staff was very responsive when we asked for hangers or had questions & I noted that they were very nice & professional when they dealt with other travelers too. The bathroom had a smell of sewage that seemed to be coming from the bidet. Hallways were narrow & I couldn't help but wonder about safety in an evacuation situation. Room had a safe & a desk but little room for setting clothes or luggage."

"The shuttle service to the metro was extremely convenient and came often. The location, although far from the city centre, made the area very quiet which we enjoyed. Good breakfast buffet with a lot of options. Very large, clean room. Good amenities such as the hotel bar. Overall, a pleasant hotel experience."
