"チェックイン時にスタッフ不在。
連絡先が書いてあるものの繋がらない。
ネットで検索して系列の宿(？)に電話が繋がる。今から行きますと言われたので、待ったけど来ない。
1時間経っても来ないので痺れを切らして再度電話。「今向かうと言ってたんですけど…もう一回連絡してみます」と言われ…どれだけ待ったか覚えていませんが、やっと来た。
「倉庫で作業していてー連絡繋がらなかったみたいでー」
寒い玄関で震えながら待ちました。
先にご飯を済ませておいて良かった…
どんな安い宿でももう少しまともな対応してくださります。

"I cannot stress how much I recommend this hotel enough; the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The owner, Kosuke, was so cool, accommodating, and sweet. Before we arrived, he called me on the phone to try and get my estimated time of arrival so he could pick us up from the train station. He did us the favor of stopping at a convenience store so that we could get everything we needed before going to the hotel itself.
