"All the Route Inn hotels we have used have been spotlesslu clean. This one too. It is a bit out of town but their simple dinner menu was enjoyable. "

"Wonderful stay as always"

"Nice stay. "

"Exceptional service, rooms, and breakfast. Staff went above and beyond. Very high caliber. Hot baths were some of the best we experienced. Highly recommend this place"

"The room is good, but there are steps up and down. It's a half-hour taxi ride from the city center, so unless you drive, it's not convenient. The beach in front is filled with garbage. Breakfast and service were good. "

"very nice hotel, what a perfect stay, highly recommended this iconic hotel"

"Nice and professional staff. Super delicious seafood. Very beautiful view. Highly recommended."

"Nice, low-key guesthouse. Great value. Wonderful, kind owner! "

"Attentive service. Kind owner. Clean, comfortable, stylish space. Big bath tub for relaxing. Beautiful views of the river and hills. Offers meals you cook as part of the stay."

"Highly recommend "

"Nice Hotel, Good Food, Nice Staff. Clean Onsen facilities. Well maintained, but quite dated inside. Only big problem was my room smelled really bad of damp. Abit pricey for what it is, but the staff were nice and the food was good. "

"Room with nice view, dinner is super, breakfast ok la"

"This establishment has just opened in the town of Ugo. It is an exceptional, well-maintained place with an incredible team! Reno is an extraordinary host who took the time to explain every dish we ate... the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in Japan. The region is fascinating—little-known but rich in culture! Don't hesitate to discover this hotel!"

"perfect location!"
