Walkable from Omiya Station we arrived early they managed to stored our luggage and bring them up to the room when we came back later in the afternoon Most convenient with airport bus stop 300metre from hotel (Sogo department store west exit) on our departure day

My go to hotel for business trips
I have stayed here many times and it never disappoints. Very comfortable bed, nice breakfast, spotlessly clean (although I do recommend a double room over a single room which can be on the small side). I have always viewed this as my 'go to' hotel when visiting the area and have now stayed here on at least twenty separate occasions.

Good for business.
Great hotel. Rooms sizeable and had all the amenities you could need for a business trip. Room was cleaning was sloppy but my colleagues had no issues so assume this is an exception rather than the norm.

Upscale comfort
So happy we found The Palace. Friendly. Clean. Great location - close to shops and subway. Very comfortable room - small but manageable in its layout. Very pleased.

Nice Hotel Near Train Station
The hotel is nice and close to the train station. Just want to highlight that I left something in this hotel and they helped mail to my Tokyo hotel upon our request. Thanks a lot!

One of the elevators was out. It wasn’t much of an inconvenience and they were working on repairing the other one. Otherwise everything was excellent

Convenient and pleasant
This hotel is a great place to stay in Omiya. Only 5 min walk from the train station and was very convenient (restaurants, convenient stores and department stores everywhere). The hotel staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Amenities were reasonable. The only problem I had was that there was no iron & iron board in the room. When I asked for them, they said I had to bring the clothes down to the lobby area and I had to iron my clothes there. This was the ONLY hotel in Japan that I could not iron my clothes in my room. Other than that, this hotel was very nice.
