"Our check in process was unpleasant. The room key was not in the mail box as expected. We had to wait to hear back from the host to see how to proceed. Key was left in the lock box inside the locked court yard. A Neighbour let us in but then we had difficulty opening the door. The door had two locks on it and again this was not in the directions. The space is ultra small and sparse. Wi-Fi slow We chose not to stay our second night. "

"We loved the condo! It was very clean when we arrived. With three bedrooms and a big kitchen and common area, there was a lot of space (for a Tokyo apartment, at least) for us and our two teens. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to two metro stations. Our kids loved going to Shibuya and Harajuku, just a short metro ride away. Was also just a short walk to Akasaka Guest House, and we went running around the two-mile loop there a few times. Much better than staying in a hotel!"

"The hotel was great and in a good location. Close to the train and the metro, and next door to several museums. Check in was a mess though, a very long line at 3 pm, and done on computers. Mine didn't recognize my passport so I had to enter all my information manually, then the system hang up when it was time to pay. It took me 30-45 minutes from the time I walked in the lobby to the time I got my room key."

"Great stay in a fantastic location! The hotel is a little dated, but it is still very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The area is amazing — lots of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and easy transport options nearby. Kinshicho is a lively and busy area, but we really enjoyed the atmosphere and everything it had to offer. The highlight was definitely the amazing view of Tokyo Skytree from our window — absolutely beautiful, especially at night. We had a great time staying here and would definitely come back again!"

"This hotel deserves more than five stars. The service, comfort, cleanliness, and location were absolutely perfect. From the moment we checked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and took the time to explain everything about our stay in great detail, making us feel genuinely welcome. Every member of the staff we interacted with was bilingual and fluent in both English and Japanese, making communication effortless and ensuring that both international and Japanese guests feel equally welcome. Our room had a wonderful view and was incredibly spacious, with three beds, a separate living area, and an entryway. The entryway even had a bench for putting on shoes and a full-length mirror. Having a door separating the entryway from the main room made the space feel even more comfortable and private. The complimentary drinks and snacks were a lovely touch. Coffee, tea, and Japanese tea were all provided, and the stylish minibar area with both a refrigerator and freezer gave the room a modern, elegant feel. The location couldn't have been better. There are three convenience stores right next to the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to pick up anything you might need. Omiya Station, which serves both local trains and the Shinkansen, is only about a three-minute walk away, making it an ideal base for sightseeing and travel. The upper floors also feature laundry facilities, a spa, and even a hot spring, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything throughout the hotel"

"The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and kind. We had done multiple day reservations and as part of a group of 8 and everything was handled smoothly. Rooms were very clean and quiet, conveniently located to restaurants and train stations (Tozai line). The laundry room was awesome. Coin operated, clean, spacious wait area, and ironing supplies. Next to vending and ice machines. We will be back."
